1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to all members using the ll444 platform. By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, the user gives full consent to these terms. This document forms a binding agreement between ll444 and the user.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use any service on ll444, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Providing a correct date of birth at registration is mandatory. If anyone opens an account with a false age, that account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, address, phone number, or payment method, all related accounts will be suspended and all bonuses cancelled.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

Completely accurate and genuine information must be provided when opening an account — name, mobile number, and any payment-related details. If errors are found in the information, the verification process may be disrupted and withdrawals may be held.

• An OTP will be sent to verify the mobile number provided at registration.
• ll444 may request additional documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of information provided by the user.
• If an account is operated on behalf of a minor, legal responsibility will fall on the user.

3 Account Security and Verification

3.1 Login Credential Protection

The user is required to keep their username and password completely confidential. Login credentials must not be shared with any third party. ll444 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from another person using the account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, or after significant betting activity, ll444 may request identity verification. This process may require a national identity card or other government-issued document. If verification is not completed, certain account features may be temporarily restricted.

3.3 Suspicious Activity

If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on an account, ll444 may temporarily suspend that account and place the balance on hold. The user will be informed of the outcome once the investigation is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at ll444 is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). When making a deposit, the payment method used must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit, or one that has been verified with the account. Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Using another person's payment method for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be suspended and the relevant funds may be seized.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit at ll444, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, making the account balance ৳2,500, and before withdrawing the bonus, betting of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be completed. If a withdrawal is made without meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus portion will be cancelled.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses can only be used for betting; they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Accepting another bonus while one is active may result in the first bonus being cancelled.
• If a user attempts to abuse bonus terms — such as placing artificial bets, group betting, or betting on restricted games — ll444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

ll444's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level includes a weekly cashback — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and 0.8% at Diamond. This cashback is calculated on weekly net losses. For example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on ll444 are considered final immediately. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless ll444 decides otherwise. Users should carefully check the odds and terms before placing a bet.

6.2 Bets in Case of Technical Error

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, network issue, or display fault, ll444 reserves the right to cancel that bet. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

If a cricket match is cancelled or the result changes due to rain, the result will be determined based on the official scorecard. For T20 and BPL matches, if the minimum required overs are not completed, the bet may be considered void.

• In a multi-bet, all selections must win; if one loses, the entire bet is void.
• ll444 is not responsible for missed bets due to internet disruption during live betting.
• If match-fixing is suspected, the relevant bet will be kept pending investigation.

7 Gaming Fairness and Technical Issues

7.1 Random Number Generator

All slots and casino games on ll444 use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology from certified software providers. Each game result is completely independent and does not depend on previous results.

7.2 System Outages

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, technical errors, or other reasons. Results of games or bets in progress at that time will be settled after verification once the system is restored.

7.3 Finality of Game Results

The final result of a game will be determined based on the logs stored on ll444's servers. If there is a discrepancy between what is displayed on the user's screen and the server log, the server log will be considered final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ll444 and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
2. Deliberately placing low-risk bets to exploit bonuses, or sharing bets with another person's account.
3. Using any hacking tool, bot, automated software, or device for artificial advantage.
4. Using an account for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
5. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or infrastructure.
6. Registering an account with false information or concealing identity.
7. Gaining an unfair advantage through fraud or collusion against other users.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by ll444

ll444 may close any account without prior warning for rule violations, fraud, or legal reasons. In such cases, the legitimate balance will be returned to the user, but bonus funds will be cancelled.

9.2 Closure by the User

A user may close their account at any time through the support team. Upon self-closure, the remaining balance can be withdrawn after all pending bets have been settled.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account has no activity for an extended period (more than 12 months), ll444 will check the balance and notify the user. If the user does not respond, the account may be marked as inactive.

10 Limitation of Liability

ll444 operates its services with the utmost care. However, ll444 will have no financial or legal liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by third-party network issues or internet connection disruption.
• Login credentials being compromised due to the user's own carelessness.
• Services being temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical errors.
• Game results — which are entirely random and not guaranteed.
• Matters related to local laws or restrictions applicable in the user's own country.

ll444 will not compensate users for lost opportunities or indirect losses. In any claim, ll444's maximum liability will be limited to the original amount of the transaction in question.

11 Privacy and Data Use

ll444 takes the utmost care in collecting, storing, and using users' personal information. Data is used only for operating services, identity verification, and necessary legal compliance. Personal information is not sold or transferred to third parties.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Changes to Terms

Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered full acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, the option to close your account remains open at all times.

14 Legal Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute between ll444 and the user will first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter will be referred to the appropriate legal authority.

The user acknowledges that it is entirely their own responsibility to verify whether online gaming is legally permitted in their region. ll444 will not be liable for any violation of the user's local laws.

If any clause of these terms is found unenforceable by a court, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
